DIY centerpiece

Located smack dab in the center of the flower district of NYC, Jamali Garden (jamaligarden.com) is a DIY bride's paradise. My friend Jen and I went shopping there yesterday, bought some supplies, and went back to her apartment and made a centerpiece. It was so easy and so much fun and it came out beautiful, and very professional looking I think (although it could've used a few more carnations.) It's exactly what I invisioned for my centerpieces (minus the candles):

  2. carrie.. i told a patient's wife about our lil creation lol..she even suggested putting the centerpiece on a mirror.. would u be opposed to something like that? to give it adifferent effect? also, when i suggested on propping it up, i didnt take into account it being in the way of people's faces.. then again, i hope it doesnt get lost in the mix either.. i cant wait to see it all put togther! jen..
